The Marketing Refresh team continues to grow! When an opening appeared at Marketing Refresh, Daniella knew what needed to happen. She took a chance and sent her resume directly to Terri Hoffman, and within two weeks, Daniella joined the team as the newest Account Manager.
WHO IS DANIELLA SCHUSS?
A life of calling Florida home has led Daniella to all corners of the state. Her journey started in Miami, where she was born and raised, and once her time there was up, she made the 500 mile move to attend Florida State University in Tallahassee. After university, she packed her bags and made her latest move to Jacksonville. When she’s not working or moving to a new Florida city, you can find Daniella at the nearest CrossFit Gym or training for her next race.
EXPERIENCE SHE CAN BRAG ABOUT
Daniella has a long line of Project Management and Administrative experience under her belt in various industries and company sizes. That experience, coupled with her Media/Communication Studies degree, has provided her the foundation she needs to take the Account Manager role by storm. With each experience came new lessons, and throughout it all, one thing became apparent: helping companies and projects run efficiently was her forte.
Some unforgettable experiences Daniella will always mention include her time as the Director of Public Relations for Florida State University’s radio station and her time as the Administrative/Project Assistant to the VPO at a national financial company. Both experiences, although very different, have taught her the importance of open communication, active listening, and efficient organization and how those skills help clients, colleagues, and companies reach their goals.
HER NEW ROLE
Now, Daniella is ready to help her clients reach their marketing goals. As an Account Manager, Daniella will oversee each project phase to ensure all deadlines are completed on time. To do so, she will coordinate with clients, Account Strategists, and Content Creators while building a solid relationship with her clients to ensure they feel confident in their marketing investment. Overall, you can guarantee she is thrilled to get started and work with you to get your company where you want and need it to be.
