Who is Jacob Grant?
Originally from The Golden Triangle in Southeast Texas, he now resides in the Austin area. He brings a diverse perspective shaped by his time working in the service industry and as a mathematics teacher. While you can often find him floating the river or hiking the Greenbelt, Jacob is a results-oriented professional with a passion for organization and efficiency.
Experience He Can Brag About
Earning his degree in mathematics from Texas State University equipped him with the problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for navigating projects to completion. This strong foundation in logic and data analysis allows him to break down complex projects into manageable tasks, ensuring both timelines and budgets are met.
He entered the teaching field just before the start of the pandemic and was a vital piece to his team’s transition from the traditional teaching model to a fully virtual classroom. Despite the educational challenges, his ability to communicate effectively and his adaptability created an environment for his students to achieve academic growth.
After deciding to leave the education field, he embarked on a new challenge in a familiar territory. Opening and managing a new restaurant in the Austin area allowed him the opportunity to hone his risk management skills by anticipating potential problems and proactively developing solutions. He emerged from this experience with a proven track record of adapting to challenges and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Jacob’s background aligns with Marketing Refresh’s focus on data-driven strategies to ensure client satisfaction. His goal is to be able to provide the team with the resources they need to provide our clients with the results they deserve.
