Marketing Refresh Finalist for AMA Houston Marketer of the Year!

  • Company News

Marketing Refresh was proud to be nominated for the 2017 AMA Houston Marketer of the Year awards. Our marketing agency was one of two finalists for the Marketing Communications Services category this year.

This nomination culminated with a very special event on the evening of December 4 recognizing the top marketers in Houston. The AMA Marketer of the Year awards ceremony was held at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

It was a festive occasion that allowed our team to interact with notable marketers in Houston, including the Children’s Museum of Houston, the Houston Rockets and Texans, large corporations such as Shell and Sysco, local colleges and universities, and other marketing agencies across our city.

Marketer of the Year Ceremony a Time to Celebrate

When we looked around the room, we knew we were in great company. Hundreds of marketers got together for this special night, which included unique food, a quality beverage selection, and good conversations. Plus, renown standup comedian Mike MacRae provided a few laughs as the emcee for the event.

Our team took advantage of the opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments this year, led by our fearless leader, founder and CEO Terri Hoffman. It was especially satisfying seeing our agency’s name on the large screen inside the Wortham Giant Screen Theatre. That moment captured the story of our year as we continue our growth plan.

AMA MOTY Awards Nomination Caps Successful 2017

When we started 2017, our agency’s motto was “Do More Better.” This meant a commitment to productivity and enhanced collaboration with clients to support their needs. Being recognized by AMA Houston confirmed that we reached our goal this year.

Though we did not win the award, we congratulate Studio Brand Collective on their victory (this time). We are excited to see how this nomination springboards us into 2018. What will drive us to be even more successful providing value to our clients next year? We hope that you consider Marketing Refresh to support your marketing needs to discover the answer to that question.
