About this Role
The Project Manager position is a critical role to the Marketing Refresh team. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring the details of the client-facing deliverables are handled efficiently and timely, keeping all project and marketing scopes on track. This position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, strong communication skills, ability to navigate complex situations and deadlines with a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with teams to maintain project timelines.
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience.

Requirements
3+ years of project management experience
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a drive to meet deadlines
Strong ability to problem solve, pivot from plans when necessary, and work independently
Familiarity with project management software such as Monday, Asana, Wrike or Teamwork
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to pass messages effectively between internal and external team members
Ability to manage resources to optimize production and quality of deliverables
Familiarity with marketing software such as Cloud Campaign, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and more
Advocate for the client’s best interests
Proficiency in the Google Workspace
Proficiency with social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
A service-first and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
Attend client meetings to record discussions and identify action items
Manage project deliverables and task allocation to people responsible for follow-up with specific instructions and deadlines in Teamwork
Contribute to the growth of Marketing Refresh with occasional blogging and other forms of digital marketing
Liaison between Account Management and Creative Contributors (copywriters, designers, and developers)
Perform research for client projects and tools as needed
Other projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
Ongoing maintenance of task templates and client project tasks in Teamwork
Continuing education to grow digital marketing knowledge and expertise
