With great excitement, we’re proud to announce the new hire of our longtime freelance partner, Lindsay Bartels. She’s been an unofficial member of Marketing Refresh for almost a year and a half but is now one of our bonafide Account Managers.
A Little About Lindsay
Although she was born in the windy city of Chicago, Illinois, Lindsay claims Texas as her home and even got Bachelor’s in Advertising from The University Of Texas at Austin.
Lindsay has an adorable Boston Terrier named Gatsby, and if they aren’t hanging out at a dog park or a local brewery, there’s a good chance they’re on a dog-friendly patio trying to find Houston’s best cheese board.
Why She’s Perfect for the Job
Before joining Marketing Refresh, Lindsay spent two years with Postmates as the Field Operations Manager for the Houston and Dallas area. In that role, she hired, trained and managed roughly 1,200 couriers. She’s also worked as a freelance Social Media Manager for several small businesses as well as a freelance Copywriter for a local bakery, event planner and car dealership.
Now she’s putting these management and marketing skills to work for our Houston digital marketing agency and our clients.
Her Role at Marketing Refresh
As an Account Manager, Lindsay is currently studying our client’s industries and businesses. She will then use this knowledge to review and edit deliverables with a focus on the
client’s direction, branding and content strategy.
She will also handle all forms of client communication and coordinate meetings around everyone’s schedule.
Simply put, Lindsay will help us deliver on the promises we’ve made to our clients.
