Agency Operations Manager Job Opening
About The Role
The Operations Manager position is a new role in the Marketing Refresh organization as the company scales and improves our company culture and overall efficiencies. The Operations Manager is responsible for all company operations, including people operations (HR), payroll, and overall policies and procedures.
This position requires the ability to work with entry-level to executive leadership and often serves as a bridge between contractors, vendors, and the Marketing Refresh team members.
The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, people operations, or another related experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret vision and develop action points and plan
- High level Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Track record of success that you can speak to (meeting timelines with exceptional results)
- Zoom, Gusto, Quickbooks, Teamwork, Salesforce, and Google Drive experience is a plus
- Eagerness to be part of a growing team
- Bonus: Agency experience
Responsibilities
- Corporate goal tracking and reporting, based on direction from the executive team
- Budget tracking and reporting, based on direction from the executive team
- Benefits management, coordinating between our benefits providers and the staff
- Coordination and scheduling of employee performance reviews
- Managing Payroll and bonus calculations
- Keeping track of and paying invoices
- Onboarding new employees
- Onboarding new clients
- Project management for internal projects
- Helping create our standard operating procedures
- Helping with recruitment and the interview process
- Company event planning
- Team Travel planning
- Procuring awesome swag and employee gifts
- Coordinating team training with leadership team
- Acting as a point of contact for IT and systems management
- Other projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
