ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Coordinator position is a critical role to the Marketing Refresh team. Account Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the details of the client-facing deliverables are handled in an efficient and timely manner keeping all project and marketing scopes on track. This position requires a high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with teams to maintain project timelines.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to pass messages effectively between internal and external team members
- A service-first and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Sprout, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and more
- Familiarity with social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Track record of success that you can speak to (meeting timelines with exceptional results)
Responsibilities:
- Attending client meetings to take notes and identify action items
- Entering tasks to people responsible for follow-up with specific instructions and deadlines in Teamwork
- Ongoing maintenance of task templates and client project tasks in Teamwork
- Perform research for client projects and tools as needed
- Continuing education to grow digital marketing knowledge and expertise
- Contribute to the growth of Marketing Refresh with occasional blogging and other forms of digital marketing
- Other projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
